72mm CNC Manual Pulse Generator MPG

Appearance
7 series electronic handwheel-medium type, the outer diameter of the dial is 72mm, and the overall thickness (including the handle) is 40.7mm. The mounting hole is only 14.7mm, with the three-point M4 nut to fix. Thus, the MPG is easy to install and maintain, which can save costs. It is suitable for CNC machine pendants, CNC lathes, milling machines, and other industrial machines in different sizes.

Customization
MPG handwheel PPR can choose 100 pulses/100 revolutions, 25 pulses/100 revolutions. Types of MPG electric circuit include line driver, resistive (330Ω, 2.2kΩ), open circuits (i.e. open collector). The input voltage DC5V, DC12V, DC24V, or customized for requirements. The output voltage 5V, or open collector (current output type), which can withstand a maximum of Vcc-0.5V (above differential 3.5V), and a minimum of less than 0.1V. Applications for many controller systems, such as Japanese MITSUBISHI, FANUC, European SIEMENS, FAGOR, domestic LNC, SYNTEC. The manual pulse generator can use in handy MPG pendants, operation panels, or directly on the CNC machine.

The handwheel pulse encoder has precise parameter settings, fast output response, 600RPM instantaneous speed without any signal lost.
