Appearance
ATOMS P3 handheld MPG pendant is the smallest model in all series of YEU-LIAN. The compact design is especially suitable for applications with a smaller machines. It is convenient for users to control mechanical equipment in various positions, and makes axis and workpiece fine-tuning and other actions. The P3 handy MPG pendant is easy to install and has high compatibility. The back case is embedded with a permanent magnet that can directly put on the machine, or use it with a special MPG holder bracket.

Customization
Although the size is small, it also can customize for many machine types. The selector switch supports multiple codings: point-to-point, binary, and gray code. The axis selection can be set 3 axis (OFF-X-Y-Z), 4 axis (OFF-X-Y-Z-4), 5 axis (OFF-X-Y-Z-4-5); with X1, X10, X100 multiplications, can easily achieve multi-axis magnification switch. The P3 handwheel MPG pendant series has no function buttons. The CNC pendant controller is usually used in machine tools.
Performance
The case is sealed for waterproof and dustproof. The case body is made of sturdy and durable material to prevent falling damage, avoid the sheet metal scratches and paint removal. The P3 handwheel MPG pendant is suitable for on-site operations in factories. With various controllers like MITSUBISHI, FANUC, SIEMENS, and microcomputers. We provide 17-core, 19-core, 27-core MPG spiral cable and connector specifications for a wide range of applications. Even in industrial environments with high temperature, dust, and serious electrostatic interference, YEU-LIAN product can maintain high reliability.

The MIT high-quality rotary encoder can withstand input voltages from DC5V to DC12V. The manual pulse generator series has circuit protections such as anti-electromagnetic interference, anti-reverse voltage protection. The optional EMG emergency stop to achieve safe disconnection. The MPG metal dial has good texture, with indicator lights at the center point. The MPG scale numbers are clear and easy to read, quick output response without signal lost. All parts can replace separately, and maintenance is convenient.

Optional: emergency stop switch (fixed on the top of the case), enable switch (available on left side or both sides). We also offer unique design and manufacturing, ODM and OEM services. The name plate and MPG dial can laser or print with LOGO text and full-color printing icons.
