  • Customer new product demand: When a customer has a new product development demand, they can contact the company's sales team or product manager for initial inquiry through face-to-face or online communication, and provide basic information on product development, such as product usage, functional requirements, specifications, working environment, etc.
  • Feasibility assessment: After understanding the customer's demand, the company's engineers will conduct a preliminary assessment to determine whether the customer's demand can be realized, and whether the production cost, production cycle, and other aspects meet the customer's requirements. During this process, further communication with the customer may be needed to understand more details.
  • Proposal and estimation: When the company's engineers confirm that the customer's demand can be realized, they will make a product design proposal and provide the customer with relevant product development plans and estimates. At this stage, customers can provide feedback and discuss the product development plan to determine the final product plan and development cost.
  • Project execution: When the customer confirms acceptance of the product plan and development cost, the company begins product design and development. During this stage, the company's engineers maintain close communication with the customer to ensure that the product design and development meet the customer's requirements.
  • EVT: During the product design and development process, the company will conduct a series of evaluations and tests to ensure that the product can meet customer requirements and relevant standards. Among them, EVT (Engineering Verification Test) is one of the important stages of product development, usually involving the evaluation of product functions, reliability, performance, operability, and other aspects.
  • DVT: After passing the EVT test, the product enters the DVT (Design Verification Test) stage to further evaluate the product's reliability, stability, quality, and other aspects to ensure that the product can operate normally in different environments.
  • PVT: After DVT is completed, it enters the final testing stage before mass production, evaluates the production capacity of the production line and the consistency of the product, simulates the actual production environment for testing, checks whether the product meets customer requirements and demands, and only after completing PVT testing can the product officially enter the mass production stage.
  • Product quotation: Once the quotation is accepted by the customer, the product manufacturing stage can begin.
