Appearance
The ATOMS P5 handheld MPG pendant series has a dust-proof and water-proof design, provides multiple axis options, a variety of output connectors. The size is suitable for handheld, stylish and textured. There is an integrated handle on the top, and a magnetic back case. It is convenient to widely use in CNC lathes, milling machines, 4-axis machines.
Customization
The default configuration is a four-axis (OFF-X-Y-Z-4) with X1, X10, X100 three multipliers, which is available from stock. The selector switch supports multiple codings: point-to-point, binary, gray code. The axis selection can be set to 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, 6-axis, 7-axis. Performance
IP67 waterproof and dust-proof grade, the case body material can withstand 50G impact. There is no worry about falling damage. The MPG dial has passed the knock test, and it is suitable for factory site operations with high temperature, dust, and electrostatic interference. The P5 handy MPG series is used to match various controllers of MITSUBISHI, SIEMENS, FANUC and PLC. We offer 17-core, 19-core, 27-core curl cord and various connector specifications, and provide comprehensive assistance in the application of joint welding or install services.
Made in Taiwan. The high-quality rotary encoder has the accurate scale and reliable performance. It can withstand input voltages from DC5V to DC24V. The manual pulse generator series has circuit protection mechanisms such as anti-electromagnetic interference and anti-reverse voltage. The optional EMG emergency stop can quickly and safely disconnect. The MPG metal dial has a good texture, with an indicator light at the center point. The scale numbers on MPG is clear, does not wear or fade over time. It is a fast output response without any signal lost. This switch can replace separately, which is convenient for maintenance and saves costs.
Optional: emergency stop switch (installed on the top plate), enable switch (available on left side or both sides). We also offer unique design and manufacturing, ODM and OEM services. The name plate and MPG dial can print or laser company LOGO and full-color texts, icons.
